Elcie Jean Baptiste
Background
Elcie was born and raised in Port-de-Paix, Haiti until the age of 12, and was brought to Canada by her father in the year of 2010. Elcie was exposed to Christianity from childhood and taken around to numerous mission trips by her grandmother. She consciously gave her life to Christ at the age of 9, but received a water baptism at the age of 21. Elcie remembers having detailed and repetitive dreams concerning her mother and family members at a very young age, and saw many of them come to pass, even though she had no understanding of them at the time. Today, Elcie has decided to commit herself fully to God's vision for her life, which is predominantly Kingdom Ministry.
Education
Honourably, Elcie is the first individual on her mother's side to achieve a Graduate degree, and continues to further her education in hopes of blazing a new trail in her maternal bloodline. She holds a Bachelor's Degree From Carleton University Canada in Human Rights and Political Science. Currently, she is completing her Master's Degree in International Relations at Liberty University, Lynchburg, and hopes to pursue her doctorate afterwards. Elcie's passion to pursue her education stems from her desire to rewrite history in her family, and to position herself strategically for the accomplishment of God's purpose in and through her life.
Faith & Beliefs
Elcie believes in the Biblical God in Three Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Her faith is planted in the belief that Jesus Christ is the Son and Word of God manifested in the flesh (human form). Jesus died on the cross to reconcile mankind to God the Father. He resurrected on the 3rd day, and ascended to heaven where He holds Kingship and Rulership over all kingdoms both in heaven and on earth. Elcie believes as per Biblical prophecy, that Jesus will return again, and He has gifted the Church with the gift of the Holy Spirit who dwells in every child of God and empowers us to be the light and salt of this broken world. Elcie's convictions for having faith in God are rooted in her personal experiences and revelations of God from childhood to now. As she has experienced the transformation and freedom of God's love, it is her heart's desire to also see others be touched and transformed by the love of God. Elcie was officially ordained as a Minister of the Gospel of Christ by her spiritual father - Pst. Kofi Dartey at Campus Rush Global Ottawa, and was released to fulfill her God-given purpose in the Church.

Fun Facts
- Elcie is a first born and an only daughter
- Elcie took drama classes and participated in plays all throughout high school
- Elcie explored training to become a model during high school
- Elcie's worst subject in primary & high school was Geography, she just could not get along with maps 😂
- Elcie's pet peeve is when people remove her items without putting it (them) back in place how it was initially
found. The Lord is working on her patience with that one.
Thanksgiving & Honour
I would like to thank and bless God for the vessels He has used to sharpen my giftings and calling in the past years. I am who I am firstly because God called and assigned a purpose to my life from my mother's womb. However, I am also who I am today due to the multitudes that have been obedient in allowing God to use their lives to hone what God placed inside of me. I thank God for my spiritual father, Pst. Kofi Reuel Dartey, my family, my spiritual sisters and friends for the role they have played in getting me to where I am today. I am beyond grateful, I appreciate and love you all dearly.
